Heey guys,

allthou i was in closed beta i rly didnt use it.. so im wondering is this game any good or not?:P

Depends on what you like. Here you can pick almost any power you want and make almost anything. I personally like it. I like being able to completely customize my character with virtually any ability in the game.

That being said, there are things I don't like.

PvE is stupidly easy except for the 5 man instances. There are some content gaps if you skip any section. I wouldn't skip anything unless you do a fair amount of PvP as well. Basically, there isn't enough content in the game and even less end game content. You have to do 80% or more of all the content to level at a smooth pace. They have been adding more content each major patch. The crafting system pretty much sucks but is improving. So there is hope that PvE content is getting better.

Teaming pretty much sucks. Since you can choose anything, everyone just makes a tank mage. There have been improvements to it but I still find it to be very lacking. I only team to do the 5 man instances as I don't need to for anything else.

I do find PvP to be fun but there are a lot of people who don't. PvP has a fair amount of broken mechanics: CC, -perceptaion/stealth, and debuff/buff stacking. Most of the powers are balanced though. However, there are combinations of powers that work exceedingly well together. Overall, I don't really mind all the broken stuff since I'm good enough to handle it without exploiting it too much. So if you can get past that you'll find it enjoyable.

there's only 1 server. I think mine is @hippieh8r and then @avid for avid. I don't play it much, it doesn't grab my attention well. And star trek online open beta starts next week so I'll be hooked on that
